If you haven't been approved for a wholesale account with our company, you will not be able to see pricing.  Lifestyle Distributing only works with businesses who are purchasing for resale.  We DO NOT sell to the retail consumer directly.  If you would like to gain access to our wholesale catalog, please apply for an account here.  If you are located in California, we would need your sellers permit number to get access to wholesale pricing.

All items shipped from our warehouse locations are found to be in perfect condition with the retail packaging in a good presentable condition as well.  If you receive an item from us that is not in the above mentioned condition, you must contact us within 5 days of your receipt to ensure a remedy is provided within a timely manner.

Products that are purchased from the manufacturers of Lifestyle Distributing which are found to be defective must be submitted to our customer care team within 14 days of your purchase.  Please contact your sales representative if you have any questions about defective items.

Lifestyle Distributing cancels all backordered items and provides a refund back to the payment card made.  If the full amount was charged for the given items which are not in stock, an immediate credit will be provided to ensure our customers only get charged for items we have in stock and ship.

LifestyleDistributing.com is a wholesale distribution company.  We require a copy of your states business license, tax certificate or equivalent in addition to the signing of a distribution agreement to do business with us.  If you haven’t completed a wholesale application yet, please do so as it only takes 5 minutes.  It is fast, free and the best way to obtain access to our wholesale product prices.  Contact Us if you have any questions about this process.

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your country to view or purchase products from LifestyleDistributing.com. If you are not of legal age, you must leave LifestyleDistributing.com immediately.

Absolutely not!  All information is kept secure and never sold to a third party. Lifestyle Distributing will email our customers (Never Drop Ship Customers) information about promotions or coupons.  You could of course opt out of this email at any time.

Changes to your account such as your name, shipping or billing address is in the My-Account section on our website.  You can contact us for assistance or update your customer information in your account settings once you are approved with us.

Yes.  Orders will either be sent in USPS boxes or a plain brown box.  The shipping information will be from our corporation name and does not have any indication of the product type.

No, not on our wholesale or dropship orders.  We want you to succeed and understand that purchasing volumes will fluctuate so enjoy any of our items with no minimum order amounts.

We are able to provide low prices to our customers because we don’t produce fancy catalog’s once or twice a year such as other distributors do.  If you normally look forward to these beautiful and pricey catalogs printed in full color while not considering the environmental consequences, you will be disappointed with us since we won’t send you any.   At LD, we understand the bottom line and if service, education, price and product quality is your concern, then you have come to the right place!  Our website is our catalog and everything you need to order could be found here. Yes, once a client has been doing business with us for over 12 months, we will have some credit options available.  Credit inquiry and approval will be required.

We allow the use of our product images once you have an wholesale account setup approved us.  You are allowed to download and use this information in addition to the product size, type, color, SKU, manufacturer name and more to help grow your business.  If you do not have an established wholesale account with LifestyleDistributing.com, you may not use any of our images, descriptions or other content from our website or websites of customers who have the rights to our images.

Yes, as long as we have the product in stock and the price match doesn’t violate any manufacturer agreements we have in place, we would be more than happy to.  Contact us if you found a product priced lower elsewhere and we will try to match, if not beat, this price.

We try to carry some of the best selling products that are born to please around the world but often times do not carry everything in our inventory.  LifestyleDistributing.com is by no means a one stop mega mall.  In fact, we are quite the opposite.  Our boutique and niche approach will quickly bring you success in smaller segments of the pleasure products arena.  If you don’t believe us, just give us a try!

We allow returns to be made 5 calendar days after you have made your purchase if you are not content with your purchase.  The max refund amount we will accept a return for is $150.  Items must be shipped back in brand new (unopened) condition and the shipping fee's are the responsibility of the buyer for these returns.  Please keep in mind, there is a 30% restocking fee for returns.  If an item is defected or damaged, we will replace the item at our cost without a restocking fee.  Please refer to our Shipping & Return Policy for additional information.

You will be emailed a tracking number once your package is shipped out.  You will be able to track it’s arrival this way.  Please allow up to 24 hours from the order date for tracking information.

Yes we can.  However, we don't recommend it unless your shipping settings with Amazon have been adjusted to allow our 24-48 hour fulfillment time before the item is shipped.  Amazon customers are used to fast shipping so if you want us to drop ship to Amazon customers, we recommend you build in enough time since it would take up to 48 hours before the item is shipped and another 1-5 business days before it arrives to the Amazon customer.

Absolutely not!  We do not charge an extra fee for drop shipping items to your customers.

We do not offer returns on orders that are drop shipped.  If the item is defective or damaged, we will replace the item for your customer.

There is no need to specify an order for drop shipping.  As a customer of Lifestyle Distributing, the billing address will always be the default shipping address.  If you enter a different shipping address when you are placing the order on our website, we will assume it is a drop ship order.  

There are no drop shipping fee's with us so we make it very simple to send orders to your customers.  You can also reference your PO number in your shopping cart which will help reconcile invoices for your records.

Yes, we take security very seriously.  Our merchant processor is of course PCI compliant and all transactions on our website go through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

Our payment process is PayPal, the trusted leader in payment processing.  Through PayPal, you can pay with your PayPal balance or with most major credit cards such as Visa, America Express, Discover and Mastercard.

We don't like to over promise and under deliver.  We would love to ship all orders right away but that won't be the case all the time.  All orders are are generally shipped within 48-72 hours of receiving your payment, weekends not included.  Depending on the current order volume we have and the available staff in our warehouse, your order could be shipped in 24 hours or less.  We wanted to provide full transparency with our shipping timelines and thank you for your understanding.  If you have a rush order that needs to get out the same day, please contact your representative via phone and discuss the options you have.

Yes.  We will setup your shipping location once your account is approved.  If you are exporting products from the United States for the first time through our company, we highly recommend using a shipping broker for lower shipping costs and ease of fullfillment.  The shipping broker you use should have experience with exporting out of the United States and importing into your country.

We offer a few different shipping options.  We focus on using USPS, UPS and FedEx so depending on your orders weight and dimensional size, we will always pick the most cost effective method unless you specify to us via email at the time you place your order which of these carriers you would like.

This is a question we get asked many times and the answer, unfortunately, is it depends.  Most people want free shipping in the retail environment.  However, shipping is not free so there needs to be a way to offset that cost for you as a business owner.

Most wholesale sex toy distributors won't tell you the shipping cost up front so it could be hard to calculate this cost.  However, you can see how much you will pay for shipping with us when you go to checkout from your shopping cart.  This way you can offer the same rate to your customer, discount it or pad it.

We recommend offering a flat fee when it comes to shipping (let's say $10) or offering free shipping to your customers.  You can always increase the price of the product to offset the free shipping offer to your customers.

Unfortunately, no you may not.  The Starter Package is designed for customers who need direction on which sex toys to order or start their business with.  The last thing you want to do as a new business owner is to purchase wholesale sex toys that don't fit your niche.  This is why the heavy lifting is left up to us to determine which toys are right for you.  We identify which types of products will be included in your Starter Package after our in depth phone consultation which is included with every Starter Package purchase.  Please keep in mind that if you have experience in the adult toy industry, you will want to choose your own products and not purchase the starter package.  Read more about the starter package here.

If you are new to purchasing wholesale sex toys and want to sell adult products, we have some fantastic options for you.  We offer one-on-one sex toy business consulting in 30 minute, 60 minute and 90 minute sessions to assist you in starting off your journey correctly!  Save thousands of dollars by learning how to launch your business correctly the first time.

We also offer our best selling Starter Package which includes sex toy consulting and 150 units of  high-quality, name brand adult toys.  The Starter Package is really going to be the most bang for your buck, no pun intended. :)

You can accomplish this two ways:

1. You can manually add products to your website by using our inventory report which contains information such as Product name, SKU, UPC, Category, Manufacturer, Wholesale Price, MSRP, Current Inventory Count, Image URL and more.  This would require you to manually add this information to your website.  This option is the most used option for people who are just getting started.

2. You can have a web developer integrate our product data feed into your website so anytime inventory counts change on our end, this would also reflect on your website'.  This option is slightly more complicated.  Please keep in mind that you would need an approved wholesale account for this option as well.

Not at this time.  Fulfillment automation is the process of having an order automatically route from the retailers website to our company for fulfillment.  This is a feature we will be rolling out in the future and is not available at this time.

Once an order is received on the retailer side, the owner or purchasing manager would need to manually place the order for this item on the LifestyleDistributing.com website for drop ship purposes.  This is also true for wholesale orders.
